*The McDonald Jones “EOFY Freedom Sale” offer runs from 10:00am Friday 19 April 2024 (AEDT) to 5:00pm 30 June 2024 (AEDT) or when withdrawn by McDonald Jones Homes (the Promotion Period). The offer includes: 

1. A $65,000 discount from the current listed price of all homes except Move Range designs. Plus, the following options at no additional cost, including but not limited to; 2. 7-star BASIX compliance at no extra cost to standard and unaltered McDonald Jones designs, subject to these conditions. McDonald Jones will achieve the 7-star compliance at no extra cost through a combination of design and product selection at its discretion including higher rated insulation, double glazing to windows and doors, ceiling fans, dimensions of windows and doors and the selection of preferential orientation and roof and window frame colour. Additional costs may apply to achieve 7-star compliance to home designs with upgraded features including raked ceilings, splashback windows, two storey internal voids, external cladding, facades featuring less than 15 degree pitched roofs or the Massena, split level or two storey 10m house designs. 3. Kitchen appliance upgrade applicable to the nominated design range, which includes Haier 900mm appliance kitchen upgrade for NOW Series designs, and upgrade to a Fisher & Paykel induction cooktop option for Architects Choice inclusion package for Stuart Everitt, Country Living, Two Storey and Split Level designs. Excludes granny flats and Move ranges. 4. An Energybuild Solar Package comprising of a 6.6kW panel and inverter system, and EV car charger with an RRP of $4990. McDonald Jones Homes will nominate the position of the solar panels on the roof of the nominated design. McDonald Jones Homes reserves the right to change or substitute items within the solar package. Outlined system performance is based on data provided by the manufacturer and may vary. To be eligible for the “EOFY Freedom Sale” offer a tender must be requested within the Promotional Period, an acceptance fee must be paid within 14 days of the tender issue date and a Building Agreement signed within 90 days of the acceptance fee being paid. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions offered by McDonald Jones Homes. The $65,000 discount will be shown in the tender and Building Agreement specification as a discount to the house price applicable at that time. The $65,000 discount will not be deductible from the land price in any house and land package.
