To be eligible a customer must accept a tender and pay the $5,000 acceptance fee within 14 days of issue, sign a contract for the construction of a McDonald Jones Homes Move range home within 7 days of issue, appoint MyChoice Homes Loans as the mortgage broker, pay the first progress payment (the remainder of 5% of contract price) within 5 days of invoice. If the conditions above are met and a dedicated agreement is included in the construction contract, McDonald Jones Homes will not request payment of any progress payment except the first progress payment until the home has reached practical completion.
