From deposit to handover, our full build process usually takes 10 -12 months, dependant on weather, planning, approvals, land registration, etc.

Yes, we can modify our designs to suit your individual needs, however, we do have some limitations. We have a huge range of architecturally designed plans available, so there’s usually a perfect design to suit.

At McDonald Jones Homes, we offer a fixed-price tender to fit your time frame. We can lock in today’s prices, and then get started on all the pre-construction work so that we are ready to commence the build when the land registers.
