I love the confidence in the product and process I now get to relay and instil in my clients. I think there is so much value in knowledge and with knowledge follows understanding – and if clients don’t understand what’s next, they’ll never be comfortable with their journey.
I have been working in the New Home Building industry for the past 7 years, where I was first thrown in the deep as a host turned Consultant quite quickly. During this time, I have worked across 3 other builders where I was able to hone in on my skillset and knowledge, which I found to be crucial in my learnings along the way. This has allowed me to remain confident in how I approach each project I work on – there is always something new to learn and add to the tool belt.
I have shared great experiences and have been mentored by incredible sales leaders.
I find myself to be a warm seller, gentle and informative. Information is the key to unlocking peoples dreams and that’s what it’s all about.
I do feel I excel in educating clients when it comes to the suitability of design on their block and how their solar orientation complements their home and backyard yard or even how it could impact their BASIX Score. This is especially important when clients want to take advantage of the in and outdoor living lifestyle components and potential aspect for future pools and or sheds.
My biggest accomplishment to date is being given the opportunity to work for McDonald Jones Homes - the largest builder in NSW.
I'm grateful to be working in our Homeworld Warnervale display as it’s an epic feeling knowing you’ve helped create something on Aussie turf across Sydney, Central Coast, Upper Hunter and even the Mid-North Coast.
I believe communication and confidence make way for being the best as a Building & Design Consultant.
Speaking with conviction is a daily prerequisite when relaying information to customers; it builds trust and eliminates concerns, which is paramount for a comfortable journey when building a new home.
I lead with a welcoming approach as we are generally the first step into what will be someone’s largest investment in their lifetime, making someone comfortable to make their informed decisions and find a common ground with them goes a long way in the initial stages, which is generally where it counts the most.

Yes, we do have house and land packages spread across NSW. We can even tailor these packages to suit exactly what you’re after i.e, specific design or build location and block size.
I recommend coming into the display homes for a free of charge initial design appointment. We can chat through the pros and cons of each block, superimpose a few designs onto the block to see what suits best & discuss estimate pricing prior to purchasing the land. You can then make an informed decision with confidence.
