I have 3 and a half years experience with McDonald Jones Homes and have been a consultant since November 2021 and previous a Sales Associate. I have over 30 years experience in National Sales/Marketing/Business Development & various Management roles within large blue chip companies such as CSR, Streets and Nestle. Having owned my own Homewares/Interior design business for 10 years previous to working with MJH,  I have developed a passion for real estate, architecture, design and interior design.
 

Most new customers are overwhelmed and don’t know where to start, so by asking the right questions and narrowing down their options, they become more relieved, excited and ready to talk and pursue the building process.  I am patient and positive, I have empathy, I listen and then problem solve.

I am confident at working out which designs suit them, their needs and their block. I am informative and flexible with their requirements. I can also turn these customers into qualified customers and progress to quote and deposit stage.

One of my biggest accomplishments in life is becoming a mother of two beautiful boys. Having also owned and operated a successful Homeware/Interior Design business of 10 years is a close second.

Having good communication skills is key, partnering this with patience, empathy, problem solving, management skills and good product knowledge ensure a great customer experience and provides the client with all the information they need to know to make their biggest life decision.
