Working for one of New South Wales Largest builders is amazing. I have never worked for a company that looks after its employees as much as this company.
I have worked in customer service and Sales for more than 15 years. Customer Service is always at the forefront of my mind when dealing with people.
I am easily approachable and understand that building can be a stressful activity, it is my job to make your build journey as stress free as possible.
Trust and good customer service goes a long way in this industry. My customers always feel like they can approach me with any question, and I will help them as quickly as I can.
I would have to say house and Land Packages, helping customers find the right block of land for investment or to start building for their future is very rewarding to me.
Every customer is after something different, and I am honoured to be a part of their build journey.
Helping a couple who were unsure if they would ever be able to build their first home find the right block of land, then working with our house and land and My Choice Home loans teams to get them the price and build that worked for them.
I believe customer service and building a connection with my clients is most important. I am also easily accessible. I want my customers to know they can reach out to me anytime day or night with any questions or queries no matter what stage of the build process they are up to.
Questions I'm frequently asked
There are a number of factors that determine the build time, such as the chosen design, two storey or single storey, location, vacant site or knockdown rebuild, council approvals etc. Once we have information on these factors, we will be able to provide a clearer guide.
A Complying Development Certificate (CDC) is a fast-tracked (6 weeks) approval for straightforward, complying projects issued by private certifiers or councils. A Council Approval, typically a Development Application (DA), involves a longer (3+ months), merit-based assessment by local council for more complex, non-compliant, or custom designs
BASIX (Building Sustainability Index) is a mandatory NSW government planning policy that sets energy and water efficiency targets for new residential developments and major renovations, aiming to create more sustainable, cost-effective, and energy-efficient homes. It requires a certificate of compliance for new dwellings. Since 2023, the standards have increased to be in line with 7 Star Compliance.
