The McDonald Jones $30,000 Price Rollback Promotion runs from 10:00am 1 April 2026 (AEDT) to 30 June 2026 at 5:00pm (AEDT) (the Promotion Period). The offer includes a $30,000 discount from the advertised base price of any McDonald Jones designs from the Stuart Everitt Collection, Country Living Collection, Two Storey and Everyday ranges. This offer excludes our Dual Living range and granny flats. To be eligible for the McDonald Jones $30,000 Price Rollback, a tender must be requested within the Promotional Period, an acceptance fee paid within 14 days of the tender issue date, and a Building Agreement signed within 90 days of the acceptance fee being paid. The $30,000 Price Rollback will be shown in the tender and the Building Agreement as a discount to the house price applicable at that time. The $30,000 Price Rollback will not be deductible from the land price in any house and land package. The McDonald Jones Price Hold offer runs from 10:00am 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 at 5:00pm or earlier if withdrawn by McDonald Jones Homes at its discretion (the Promotion Period). The offer includes a 20 month Price Hold on the base price for the McDonald Jones range of designs, including Stuart Everitt, Two Storey, Dual Living, Country Living and Everyday Collection, as set out in a signed Building Agreement. To be eligible for the McDonald Jones Price Hold offer, a tender must be requested within the Promotional Period, an acceptance fee paid within 14 days of the tender issue date, and a Building Agreement signed within 90 days of the acceptance fee being paid. The price hold sets the tender expiry date at 20 months from the tender acceptance date. Construction is intended to commence under the Building Agreement as soon as possible and when the Builder has all necessary consent, including prior to the expiry of the 20 month period.
