The Love Extraordinary offer includes three parts: a $25,000 cash discount, free 20 month Fixed Price Tender extension, and for all designs except the Now Series and Granny Flats Free Flooring (details below) or $20,000 towards MyChoice upgrades.
The promotion commences at 10.00am 1 October 2020 and concludes 13 December 2020 at 5:00pm (AEST) and applies to New South Wales and Canberra only.
The $25,000 cash discount is applicable to the current list price and will only apply to the building agreement in any applicable house and land package.
No part of the Love Extraordinary Offer is transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The offer is subject to payment of the non-refundable acceptance fee of $5,000 within 14 days of tender issue and a building agreement being entered into within 90 days.
Free Flooring means internal flooring chosen from either laminate floating flooring or 600 x 600 glazed porcelain tiles to the entry, hallway, kitchen and living areas, as well as carpet to bedrooms, bedroom hallway and home theatre, all selected from the MyChoice Design studio ‘Contempo Range’. The Love Extraordinary $25,000 cash discount is applicable to designs excluding granny flats in the current list price, cannot be transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash and will only apply to the building agreement in any applicable house and land package.
