Overview

The Gables is located in The Hills district within Sydney’s North West Growth Corridor and covers a 330-hectare parcel of land.

The development is the biggest master planned community in The Hills District. This new residential community will comprise over 4,000 dwellings, a proposed large 4-hectare lake central to the development, a 5.5-hectare town centre, active and passive open spaces, a primary school, new roads and associated infrastructure.

The master planned community will take approximately 10 years to complete.  It aims to become one of the most liveable and connected communities in Sydney’s North West with over 13,000 people eventually calling The Gables ‘home’.

Amenities

The Gables compromised of a 5.5 hectare vibrant town centre, incorporating a mix of retail, commercial and business use as well as shop top housing, and is spread over 10,000 m2 of floor space. There is a multi-purpose community centre covers 2,000m2 available to use by the community. The active and passive open spaces as well as conservation areas extend over 85 hectares. The NBN will connect all future residents to high speed internet.
