The wonderful experience we have had

My name is Glenn and my Wife Denise and I are currently in the process of building a home with your company in Queensland. We have just completed the preliminary work with your consultant, Vincent Klein and feel that we should make a few comments in relation to the service that he has provided to us over the past four weeks.

Having worked in customer service related areas for the past 40 years I understand how important it is to provide exceptional service in whatever industry/business we work in. I also believe in acknowledging those who provide excellent service and this is the reason for my email to you.

The wonderful experience we have had thus far with McDonald Jones can be attributed to Vince. Vince has displayed absolute professionalism in all aspects of our dealings with him. There has never been anytime where he has not made us feel anything but at ease with the process, which of course is important in a decision that can quite easily afford tension and stress. Vince is not only professional but also displays a genuine interest and concern for the decisions that we have made and has always had our best interests at heart. I believe that is because Vince truly believes in what he is doing and has a passion and dedication to his job. Just to highlight one example: many times I arrive home late from work and suddenly remember something I need to discuss with Vince, I would write an email later in the evening expecting a reply next day, however, within minutes of sending the email Vince has responded, I don’t know that I can recall that level of service before.

As you can see Denise and I are extremely happy with the service which has been provided to us in the early stages of our journey with McDonald Jones. The standard has been set high and our expectations are that this will continue throughout the process to the completion and handover of the keys to our new home.
