I love waking up every day being able to be a part of my client’s biggest decisions and ease the stress and help them enjoy the process. Not to mention seeing their home come together there is nothing more that tops that feeling seeing a home that has so much thought put together come to life.

I been selling brand new homes for the last 7 years’ in my role as a Building and Design Consultant, I have worked up and down the coast from Byron Bay to Forster NSW.

I always think about a client’s lifestyle and how are they going to use the home day to day, if that means they need side access for their fishing boat or separate offices because they both work from home, to find them a home that would best achieve everything on their wish list.

I am very confident with working with difficult blocks either dealing with slopes or odd shape blocks, I love finding a solution and design that works for the client, their lifestyle and their block.

My biggest accomplishment to date is setting a record for assisting the most amount of clients to build their dream homes on the mid north coast.

I will go above and beyond to ensure the client is happy with their future home, I feel like that anyone building with me I want to make sure they feel comfortable with the journey and to ease their stress.

Fortunately, we do not have any wait times and we are on site within 20 days

Correct we are steel frame builder and such a benefit with the shortages the industry is experiencing with timber.

All our plans are architecturally designed, but we are able to do small tweaks to the design. However it is important to keep the integrity of the floor plans, which is possible thanks to the diverse and broad range of home designs available – we’ll be sure to find a design that you love.
