After opening the door to the St. Tropez Executive 16 your breath will be taken away by the expansive hallway that invites you in to explore the home more. Transporting you to a winter wonderland with scenic artwork and family photos reminiscent of snowy forests and ski trips, this Scandinavian styled home offers elements that could easily be embraced in your own.

The plush grey carpet in the front facing Home Theatre contrasts against the blonde timber flooring in the Entry. This accessible space with floating timber shelving is limited only by your imagination, providing the ideal location to be transformed into a sitting room, study or games room.

Further down the hallway, hidden behind a frosted glass door, lives the Master Suite; a space easy to unknowingly pass-by, but an unmissable experience. Inside is an abundance of textures to feel beneath your feet and run your hands along, from the fluffy throw to the sleek Caesarstone vanity benchtop.

Back closer to the centre of the home, a Study Nook resides which can be viewed through a cut out in the wall and is dotted with home office essentials on the timber Built-In Desk and Shelving. You are then faced with a decision – to continue to the left, down a long hallway lined with the rich grey carpet taking you to the children’s and guest’s retreat, or turn to the right and venture towards the spacious hub of the home.

Moving through the Dining towards the Gourmet Kitchen and Living room, you can feel the outdoor Alfresco beckoning you with its calming water feature and outdoor kitchen.

For a meal spent inside, the Dining has been cleverly constructed to create an endless view of the natural tree wallpaper extended by the two mirrors placed opposite the dining table. For meal preparation, the Gourmet Kitchen has an ideal view around the living space (with direct view of the TV so you’ll never miss your favourite shows!). This is complemented by a Butler’s Pantry that continues the marbled benchtop and standout hexagonal grey tile splashback. This tile motif is carried throughout the home, used again as the flooring in the distinguished main Bathroom, the open Ensuite, and in the neat Laundry.

The minor Bedrooms are located nearby and designed with hints of personality, such as pale pink cushions and inspirational prints, which still pay homage to the Scandi style. This is carried through to the open Children’s Activity, and when combined offer the perfect balance of privacy and connection.

The St. Tropez, Saxonvale and Capri provide inspiration that is only limited by your imagination.
