Granny Flat Seven is a smart one-bedroom design created specifically for narrow blocks. The layout flows naturally from the open kitchen, dining and living area through to the private rear bedroom, creating a comfortable separation between living and sleeping spaces. This simple but effective design makes the home feel welcoming, practical and easy to live in.
Ideal for a young adult, elderly relative, guest accommodation or rental opportunity, Granny Flat Seven combines flexibility with everyday comfort. A private bedroom, built-in storage, linen cupboard and outdoor patio ensure every space works hard, delivering an efficient design without compromising liveability. Built alongside a new McDonald Jones home, it provides an adaptable solution for changing family needs.
