With both bedrooms positioned at the rear of the home and the kitchen, dining and lounge areas located at the front, the layout creates a natural separation between living and sleeping zones. Built alongside a new McDonald Jones home, it offers a flexible solution for extended family, adult children or those looking to create additional rental income.
