#The McDonald Jones $20,000 New Home Grant runs from 10:00am 1 October (AEDT) to 30 November 2026 at 5:00pm (AEDT) (the Promotion Period). The offer includes one $20,000 grant that will be deducted from the final contract price of McDonald Jones full range of designs, excluding the Porto and Granny Flat designs. To be eligible for the McDonald Jones $20,000 New Home Grant, a customer must:

1. Have their tender priced in accordance with our October 2026 pricelists;
2. Complete a New Home Grant application form at the time of their tender request;
3. Pay their acceptance fee within 14 days of a tender issued within the Promotion Period;
4. Sign a Building Agreement within 90 days of the acceptance fee being paid; and
5. Not breach any essential terms of the contract for the duration of the contract.

The McDonald Jones $20,000 New Home Grant offer is limited to the first 25 customers in each of our 3 regions (Sydney, Hunter/Mid North Coast & South Coast/ACT) or at the conclusion of the promotional period, whichever occurs sooner. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions offered by McDonald Jones Homes.

The $20,000 New Home Grant cannot be deducted from the land price in any house and land package. The McDonald Jones $20,000 New Home Grant offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
