Preview the new Valiente Three

Part of the affordable Everyday series range, the Valiente brings together all the necessities for a modern family in a modern coastal style. This two-storey design allows families to spread out in their own space. With seamless flow and functional features, the Valiente will make everyday living a breeze, featuring four bedrooms, an additional home theatre space for family time and stunning open plan kitchen and living.

Take a closer look at the Valiente Three floorplan here.

Hear from our Head Interior Designer, Nadine Latunin, about the new Valiente style:

"This classic coastal lake house blends timeless charm with refined comfort. Oak timber flooring along the hallway and into the spacious open living space creates that homey feel, while Casamance wallpaper adds a touch of elegance as you enter. The kitchen features classic cabinetry, stone benchtops, and modern brushed gold fittings. The result is a beautifully layered home that feels comforting and inviting."

Elevated Living in the St. Tropez.

The St. Tropez is a contemporary home designed to be all about being with the ones you love – combining spaces where everyone can come together to relax, with plenty of areas for people to call their own.

Once you step inside, the long hallway invites you through the home and into the airy open kitchen/living area before opening onto the alfresco at the rear. The impressive gourmet kitchen forms the central hub of all the family action, with the adjacent alfresco area adding another living area and the perfect place for entertaining. This four-bedroom home showcases some of the best of single-storey design features, perfect for families.

Hear from our Head Interior Designer, Nadine Latunin, about the new St Tropez style:

"The St. Tropez home design exudes relaxed sophistication with its seamless blend of earthy tones and modern finishes. The white Venistone tiles flow throughout the home, grounding the space with their soft, natural texture. In the kitchen, Zelige tiles add warmth, perfectly complimenting the rich Laminex Walnut cabinetry and the soft, organic feel of the natural Dekton benchtop. The butler’s pantry and ensuite introduce a bold contrast with Kalamata cabinetry, adding depth and a touch of luxury to the overall palette. This thoughtful mix of materials creates a cohesive and timeless interior that feels both refined and welcoming."
