Waterford Displays Opening this weekend

We are excited to open three brand new display homes this Saturday at our new display centre in Waterford Living. Luxury Display Homes at Chisholm

Our three new luxury display homes in the heart of the Hunter, in Chisholm’s Waterford Living estate, are a wonderful reflection of the evolution of architectural homes combined with inspiring interior design. 

You may have known this Chisholm estate previously as Waterford County, however, the Avid property group rebranded it in 2019 to Waterford Living. Waterford Living is a stylish community set amongst a backdrop of nature and parklands, enjoying scenic views with beautiful treelined streets.

This tranquil village is one of the most desirable locations in the greater Hunter region and we are so thrilled to have three new homes to showcase in this location.

Our Single Storey Home Designs

All three new displays are single-storey designs, however, once you walk through each of the homes you will see how truly different these three designs are.

Starting with the incredible new Retreat Executive 16, this luxurious new design showcases the best of modern architecture with effortless flow created between the spacious living zones and private quiet spaces, perfect for modern lifestyles. 

The Retreat

The Retreat offers four Bedrooms, two Bathrooms with a Powder room, Home Theatre and Children’s Activity plus a galley Kitchen with Butler’s Pantry and shoppers entrance for the ultimate convenience.

It’s easy to imaging the enjoyment you will feel entertaining loved ones on the Alfresco grande all year round.

This design really is the epitome of a “dream home” and we know you will fall in love with both the thoughtful design and stunning styling.

The other two designs at the new Waterford Living Display Centre include the new version of our much loved Miami, the Miami Encore 16 and the Seaview 16.

The Miami Encore 16

The new Miami Encore 16 was created to complement contemporary block sizes and enhance this popular design through a new master suite layout, amplifying the livability throughout the dynamic children’s zone whilst ensuring storage and space is maximised, making this home even more appealing to busy modern families.

The Seaview

The final design opening this weekend is the popular Seaview. It’s been a little while since we had a Seaview on display, so we are eager to open this new home and offer you the opportunity to experience this wonderful design.

The Seaview 16 has been created with the Bonita B facade with a skillion roof and a raked ceiling throughout this contemporary design.

You will enjoy the distinct separation created between the living and sleeping zones and the year-round appeal of a sun-soaked family Living, Dining and Alfresco will inspire.

There are plenty of relaxing spaces offered throughout this design such as the Home Theatre and Children’s Activity, with Study Nook, for the entire family to enjoy every moment at home together.

Inspiring Interior Design

We know visiting a display is not just about experiencing great home design, it’s about discovering the latest fixtures and finishes across the most stylish interior design styles.

At the new Waterford Living our new displays offer three distinctly different interior styles to inspire and showcase the latest in interior design and home styling trends.

The new Retreat Executive 16 is beautifully finished as a Coastal Beach House with a modern twist completed with wainscoting wall panelling, muted cool tones which are complimented by the natural timber flooring, stone benchtops and tiling throughout.

If you prefer a contemporary modern styled home you must visit the Miami Encore 16 with its cool Contempo colour palette of matt black, white and greys which exude effortless sophistication, conveyed through the stone, sleek lighting features and striking black cabinetry throughout the Kitchen and Bathrooms.

If an organic feel is what appeals to you then the Seaview 16 will delight with the subtle organic tones, natural materials and seamless connection to the outdoors.

The Seaview is a stylish interpretation of Urban Organic styled home, featuring a breathtaking stone stacked feature wall in the Dining, timber grain cabinetry throughout and understated tones and textures for the complete calm and organic feeling.
