Wallis Creek II is now home to two brand new display homes to touch, feel and discover. Drawing on Scandinavian styling and classic country living, the Portsea One and the Esperance Executive are now neighbours at Gilleston Heights ready for you to step inside.

The Portsea is the well-loved home design we built in 2016 for the Build for a Cure cause and due to popular demand we’ve opened it as a display home for you to explore in person. First, visit the front positioned Master Suite, tucked away behind an alcove with a recessed shelf framed by beautiful silver wallpaper. In the expansive Master Suite hints of Scandi styling are dotted throughout complementing the galley Walk-In Robe and open Ensuite to confirm that it is a luxurious haven.

The open plan living celebrates the Scandi interior design further, with blonde timber flooring walking up the island backbench and crisp whites used for the cabinetry and herringbone splashback in the sleek Gourmet Kitchen and Butler’s Pantry.

The secondary Bedrooms, pristine Bathroom and sweet Study remain hidden behind this main entertaining area for quiet time, while the Home Theatre can be as open or private as you like, with the option to slide the doors open onto the Alfresco Grande.

The design next door earned the MBA 2016 National Award for its presentation in Rochedale, QLD, so you can expect big things from the Esperance at Wallis Creek II. It’s not hard to be captivated as you walk past the Esperance’s Argyle facade, while inside the décor and architectural features draw on the grandeur of the countryside.

Guests are welcomed straight through to the open plan living areas, bypassing the A-list Master Suite (starring a dreamy Walk-In Robe and Ensuite), to enjoy the light-filled Living, Dining, Alfresco Grande and Gourmet Kitchen. The Kitchen and Butler’s Pantry are always in on the action with a window splashback, while still being thoughtfully positioned with access to the Double Garage for groceries and to the Laundry (or converted mudroom) for garden veggies.

The east wing is where guests and family can retreat, featuring a Built-In Desk for studying and a Children’s Activity surrounded by three elegant Bedrooms and the Family Bathroom and Powder Room.

These two designs are soaked with natural light and pride themselves on having room for it all, no matter your location or budget. Visit the Esperance and the Portsea any day between 10am to 5pm at Gilleston Heights.
