Two Storey Design to Discover

Industrial style is one which evokes feelings of strength and contemporary sophistication through the use of woods, metals and striking black details in fixtures and finishes showcased in the Saxonvale's striking staircase, light fixtures and accessories throughout this wonderful home.

The Two-Storey Saxonvale offers an abundance of spaces and perfectly balanced zones across two levels of stunning levels of family living. The ground floor combines multiple spaces and seamlessly interweaves them into an impressive living, relaxing and entertaining area.

The privacy and thoughtful design is evident the moment you climb the stairs, which takes the design of the family home to a whole new level. The upper level offers an ideal Children’s Activity, or second Living area positioned at the top of the stairs, plus five Bedrooms including the private and spacious Master Suite with his and her robes and Ensuite to escape to.

We are passionate about offering endless design inspiration so we encourage you to visit another totally different Saxonvale 40  on display at HomeWorld Warnervale. The Saxonvale one of our most loved two-storey designs which offers exceptional architectural design and could just be the new home of your dreams.

Single Storey Designs to Explore

Upon walking into the St. Tropez Display Home, at Waterford Living, you will enjoy being transported into a Scandinavian wonderland with blonde timbers, snow-white walls and soft greys throughout this much-loved home.

The St. Tropez is a cleverly designed contemporary home, where privacy and space is created effortlessly and loved for its free-flowing design that offers excellent practicalities to meet a modern family’s home and lifestyle needs. The beautiful natural elements of this interior design style compliment the simplicity and functionality of this home design perfectly, creating a calm and comfortable home you will love exploring.

If you love the St.Tropez design you should also take a visit to our new Huntlee display centre and experience the Havana. This new display home is a contemporary styled home with similar privacy and practicalities created in the St. Tropez, however, it’s designed for a slightly smaller block. The Havana is on display at several locations such as HomeWorld Marsden Park and HomeWorld Thornton, Housing World South Nowra and Sovereign Hills.

The Capri at Waterford Living is a serene neutral-toned, coastal styled home where a feeling of serenity will wash over you as you walk through each of the spaces.
