We had recently purchased a home with your company and had been at Gregory Hills dealing with Paul Sidney. I wanted to inform you about his customer service. It was very refreshing, non-pushy and easy-going. From the explanation of construction to showing me (multiple) fixtures in the display homes and explaining them in laymen’s terms in a very patient manner. Paul endeavoured to build a genuine rapport with my partner and I that made us feel both more than comfortable in his presence.
