I love having the opportunity to be a part of someone’s building journey and knowing my clients’ homes will be constructed to the highest standards. Whether it’s their first home on a vacant block, knocking down their family home of 20 years to build a brand new one for their family, to finding the perfect investment property to ensure a great rental return. It’s never a bad day when you are able to help someone design and fall in love with their dream home. It’s like a real-life version of my favourite game as a kid, The Sims.  

I joined McDonald Jones in June 2020 and was lucky enough to be mentored by one of the Senior Building & Design Consultants. The following year I was awarded, The 2021 Best Newcomer to the McDonald Jones NSW sales team.
I was offered the opportunity to consultant in July 2021 and have loved it ever since!

I love the challenge the Central Coast region provides me here at Warnervale HomeWorld. Whether it’s a vacant new development site where we are designing their new home around the perfect pool area, or advising clients through tricky sites such as flood-prone land, knock-down rebuild, or dual occupancy. Anything could come through the door today here at Warnervale.

I love the saying “information is power”. I always ensure my clients have all the information they need to make informed decisions about their new home without feeling pressured. There is nothing worse than being rushed into making a huge decision like which design should I choose for my new home without knowing all the information. This is how I build trust with my clients and build a positive relationship which has provided me with many direct referrals over the years.

Due to the popularity of knock down rebuilds on the Central Coast in areas like Long Jetty, Wamberal, Berkeley Vale, Umina & Ettalong I would say the knock down rebuild process is my bread and butter.

I am honest and transparent from day one always wanting to find the best outcome for my clients. I love building, the design phase and I can’t help but get as excited as you when discussing the new home. It brings me absolute joy to watch my clients' homes being built, seeing what started as some blue & red pen on a piece of paper turn into a beautiful home for them to enjoy.  

McDonald Jones are one of the few builders who are able to assist with building in flood-prone areas. I always recommend ordering a flood certificate from your local council, as well as an AHD contour survey at the time of quoting. This allows us to provide an accurate quote from day one, so no hidden costs pop up at a later date. Nobody wants that! Nobody wants that!
 

I recommend coming into the display homes for a free of charge initial design appointment. We can chat through the pros and cons of each block, superimpose a few designs onto the block to see what suits best & discuss estimate pricing prior to purchasing the land. You can then make an informed decision with confidence.
