Billy’s Lookout has recently welcomed a brand new McDonald Jones Display Home, the Seaview. This is a breathtaking design, already on display on the South Coast, and has been warmly welcomed to the Hunter featuring a split level floor plan and new to market furniture and accessories.

Before you even enter the Seaview, you’ll be draw in by the mixed siding Vancouver facade, with a Boral feature stone unique to this display.

As you step inside, the perfectly polished hallway already suggests the luxurious lifestyle you could live in this home. The main Study, featuring a striking timber cut out, welcomes you in further with room for two at the Built-In Desk (or plenty of extra space to spread out by yourself).

Opposite this space you’ll be able to admire your make-up in a hip-to-ceiling mirror framing a quaint alcove. Behind one door in this alcove, you’ll find ample storage in the Walk-In Linen, while the other leads you to the contemporary styled Master Suite. The architectural features and furniture blend comfortably into this generous room, including a furniture recess hosting extra draw space (in the odd case the Walk-In Robe isn’t enough!), a corner window flooding the room with light, and a double vanity with black tapware.

After indulging in this stylish space, you’ll pass by the Laundry and blissful Home Theatre defined by a dark lounge and carefully crafted joinery, and colourised with dashes of greenery and mustard accessories.

Stepping down into the heart of the home, the Family/Living, Dining and Gourmet Kitchen feel light and airy, with primarily white interior colour selections punctuated by black, grey and silver furnishings and joinery echoed in the reflective splash back. Adjoined to the Kitchen, you’ll also spy a Butler’s Pantry, featuring strip lighting for better vision and an array of stainless steel appliances to show everyday living can still be stylish.

Behind this central living space the remaining three bedrooms lay, all taking lead from the contemporary decor throughout the home. The Children’s Activity offers another Built-In Desk for two with overhead lights for extra concentration, plus even more space for the family to come together.

If you prefer coming together outdoors, the Alfresco Grande is the place to be. Through the black framed sliding glass doors, you’ll find a relaxed set up complete with dining table for six and a lounge and coffee table to truly unwind.

Refreshed with indoor plants and a simplistic colour palette that offers the freedom to make it your own, the Seaview at Billy’s Lookout is the ultimate backdrop for relaxed, lavish living. Make sure this home is first on the list to view when the New Year rolls around, reopening 10am 3 January 2018.
