The layout of your new home is one of the most significant decisions that you will make along your home building journey, something that Bev and her husband were very aware of. After extensive research into their options, the Southern Highlands based couple came across the floor plan of the McDonald Jones Bronte Grande Manor and knew it was perfect for their needs.
“We travelled to Lochinvar in the Hunter Valley and walked through the Bronte Grande Manor display home. That’s when we felt how truly stunning it was. We knew it was perfect for us and we even made a few tiny adjustments to the floor plan. It was an easy process and the McDonald Jones team got it spot on”, new home-owner, Bev McKillop, said.
“You can adjust how things look in your home, but you can’t really shift walls – so having the perfect floor plan is essential, and for us, we found it.”
Like many modern, working families, the McKillop’s found it difficult to find time in their weekly routine for additional appointments. “I can’t thank our site supervisor, Dave, enough. Communication was always clear and concise. We knew exactly what to expect at each stage and they were right on the timeline.”
The couple could not be happier with the final results and are looking forward to creating endless memories in their new home.
“Despite being in real estate all these years, it’s the first home we’ve actually built together. It’s worth doing your research. We couldn’t be happier with the result,” Bev said.
