In addition, if your employment is affected by COVID-19, McDonald Jones will:
- Refund any monies paid by you up until the Building Agreement is signed*.

*Terms and conditions apply. All nominated appointments and timelines within the McDonald Jones pre construction process are adhered to. All documents issued to you are approved within 7 days of issue. All bonus offers in your tender will only be secured upon signing your Building Agreement within 7 days of issue. Evidence of job loss will be required in the event of a refund or cancellation request. In the event a cancellation is preferred after Building Agreement is signed, the $5,000 is forfeited and all additional costs associated with your home are absorbed by McDonald Jones. It should be noted the costs at this stage to McDonald Jones Homes are likely to be in excess of $10,000. ^Payments on Projects with a Granny Flat or a Dual Occupancy are different .
