We are proud to announce we will be matching the funds raised on Saturday at the Legends of League game to support the Salvation Army's bushfire recovery efforts.

We are pleased to confirm the NSW Government has announced this community fundraiser to support the Salvation Army's efforts to raise money for the victims of the ongoing bushfires. They will be donating the stadium hire fee and $1 from every ticket sold to the victims of the ongoing bushfires and we will be matching the funds raised on the day, dollar for dollar to show our support.

Bill and Andrew both noted, 'It's in these moments that we can show our support for our community to assist with recovery efforts. It has been a huge impact over the past weeks for those who have been affected and they will need time to recover and we wanted to support them in any way we could'

'Our region boasts one of the largest fan bases in the NRL, which means great tickets sales, so make sure you don't miss out and grab your ticket today and help support legends on and off the field.'

Don't miss the chance to relive the old league days watching former Newcastle Knights star Danny Buderus and other legends including; Wendell Sailor, Andrew Ryan, Mick Crocker, Willie Mason and Steve Menzies.

Please join us in supporting this fundraising event to help the Salvation Army's efforts as the bushfires continue throughout the state – get your tickets today!

Make sure to get your tickets for tomorrow’s Legends of League game and help support the victims of the NSW bushfires!
