Every year the Master Builders Association (MBA) determine the leading industry builders and developers, judging them on quality, workmanship and innovation in a range of categories.
From the suburbs to the city, McDonald Jones was recognised as one of these builders, earning three MBA Housing Awards for 2017.
While our goal is to provide our customers with the best designs, we feel chuffed to be recognised by industry associations as conveying just that through our display homes.
The Vienna Elite at Homeworld Thornton took out the 2017 Newcastle MBA Excellence in Building Award for Display Homes under $300,000, championing both affordability and quality. The judges agreed that the home had a first-class visual appeal due to the high-attention to detail and complemented by the fixtures and fittings.
“The ‘Vienna Elite’ demonstrates [McDonald Jones’] commitment to the construction process in a generously proportioned, practical and competitively priced home,” they added.
The Miami 16 at Marsden Park was also recognised for excellence in the field. It was the winning Exhibition/Project Home in the $300,001 - $350,000 category for the 2017 MBA of NSW Excellence in Housing Award.
The exquisite detail gone into this Stuart Everitt display home is showcased most elegantly in the plush furnishings, uninterrupted marble benchtops and textured wallpapers.
This two storey home is the ultimate destination for all families and rewards parents for their hard work. This is epitomised by the magnificent Master Suite featuring a Hollywood-sized Dressing Room that will captivate you as soon as you step inside.
We can only help but credit our diligent team of architects, builders and interior designers for their dedication to creating homes that enrich lives.
However, our ultimate judge will always be our customers.
Decide for yourself whether you think the Vienna Elite, Miami 16 and Tallavera 45 are award winning designs.
